1.3 Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed exclusively for: responding to project inquiries, delivering contracted services, sending transactional communications, fulfilling legal and tax obligations, and improving platform performance through aggregated analytics.
1.4 Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 36 months for warranty and compliance purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 12 months.
1.5 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: cloud hosting providers operating within the EU (under data processing agreements), payment processors for transaction facilitation, and legal authorities when required by applicable law.

Terms of Service
2.1 Service Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the use of all digital design, component library, and interface architecture services provided by VirexaStudioX, registered at Calle Cristo de la Victoria, 35, 28026 Madrid, Madrid, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.2 Scope of Services
VirexaStudioX provides digital design services including but not limited to: interface palette systems, accessible component libraries, responsive layout architectures, design token pipelines, interaction design, user flow optimization, typography services, design system documentation, and digital experience audits.
2.3 Payment Terms
All project fees are agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW) prior to commencement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. VirexaStudioX reserves the right to pause ongoing work for invoices overdue by more than 21 days.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed invoices, VirexaStudioX assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables (source code, design files, component libraries, documentation) directly to the Client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during delivery remain the property of VirexaStudioX.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
VirexaStudioX's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
2.6 Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is liable for all work completed up to the termination date. Delivered and paid-for assets remain the Client's property.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the invoice date. VirexaStudioX, registered at Calle Cristo de la Victoria, 35, 28026 Madrid, Madrid, Spain, will evaluate each request individually.
4.2 Partial Refunds
If work has commenced on a project, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope. The Client retains ownership of all work completed and paid for up to the termination point.
4.3 Full Refunds
A full refund may be issued if: no work has commenced on the project, VirexaStudioX is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to force majeure, or the Client cancels within 48 hours of project kickoff before any design assets have been produced.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered design assets that have been approved by the Client, third-party licensing fees incurred on behalf of the Client, and consulting fees for sessions already conducted.
4.5 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. The Client will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
4.6 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably through direct communication. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU law.
